Her esteemed hospitality career included holding the position as Vice President Europe, Middle East & Africa for The Leading Hotels of the World with clients such as The Ritz Paris, Sandy Lane Barbados and Villa D’Este Lake Como. Her remit covered international hotel owners and operators spread across regions as diverse as Italy, Germany, Russia, China and the USA.

Claudia has also gained a reputation for her achievements working for highly recognised global hotel brands such as InterContinental, Hilton, Shangri-La and Kempinski.

Claudia firmly believes that ‘emotional customer engagement’ at each touch point of a customer journey both in a digital and human world – is the next battleground of success. Luxury means different things to different people. Claudia derived this crucial insight, and her deep understanding of the needs and requirements of guests living a global lifestyle. She applies that knowledge to help her clients meet their service culture needs.

She is passionate about working with clients to create a business environment where employees continue to adapt, grow and develop.
